Well this is embarrassing, but you seem to have found my website.

Luke Moran is an award-(nominated) writer, comedian, and musician. Maybe you were looking for someone else?

The son of an author/illustrator & an ethnomusicologist from the great state of Delaware, Luke got his start writing comedy as a teenager penning fake Wikipedia articles for internet cred.

He has since written for the likes of The Onion, Comedy Central, Maude Night at The Upright Citizen’s Brigade, family friendly sketch show Studio C, pro-gamer team FaZe Clan, web content for musicians like Cory Wong and Scary Pockets, and performed stand-up, sketch, and more at San Francisco Sketchfest, Austin Sketch Fest, The Comedy Store and The Elysian Theater.

As a script writer, Luke writes sci-fi and coming-of-age comedies featuring multiracial protagonists. His scripts have been recognized by the Austin Film Festival and the ScreenCraft Fellowship.

As a copywriter, Luke specializes in social media and integrated campaigns that activate as well as entertain. In 2024, his campaigns for Velveeta and the La Brea Tar Pits were shortlisted at the prestigious One Show awards.

Luke went to UCLA where he studied linguistics and finally learned how to say his middle name.
